Chris was very helpful not just as a parts sales man but with mechanical advice. His knowledge helped me get my golf cart running again. I appreciated his honesty and information.

We have been searching for a golf cart since April. We had contacted numerous golf cart dealers and were made to feel as though we weren't valued. Our experience with Mr. Golf Carts was totally different. Even though John Pierce was unable to speak with my husband when he first called him, John returned his call within literally two minutes. John was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable as he answered all of his questions. When he asked John to hold a particular golf cart for us, he gladly obliged. Even though our trip to Mr. Golf carts was close to three hours one way, it was well worth the drive. Everyone was extremely helpful. It was a great experience. I must say that our delivery driver, Parker, was outstanding to work with as well. He made sure we were comfortable with all the features of our cart. We asked many questions. Parker was very patient and pleasant. We plan to recommend Mr. Golf Carts to all of our friends.

When I thought my charger was shot, I inquired about a new one and they told me they did carry one (cheapest in town by the way) then they asked me what made me think I needed a new charger.. I explained that it had gotten a little wet from rain and now it won't charge. He told me that I may not need a new charger, just need to charge the batteries if they had gotten completely dead. Now being a new golf cart owner, I didn't know about this.. and instead of them taking my $270 for a new charger and sending me along my way, they taught me a thing or two about how things work and I only spent $2.41 on a new battery cable that was messed up. I will continue to use them for my golf cart needs! I love honest businesses!
